Lucknow: In a blow to the political parties, the Allahabad High Court sessions held on Thursday based on caste in Uttar Pradesh with immediate effect.
The decision to suspend the demonstrations on caste was made by the Lucknow bench of the Allahabad HC.
"We stand on caste-based sessions throughout the state of UP," said the bank, consisting of judges Uma Nath Singh and Mahendra Dayal on a PIL filed by a local lawyer Motilal Yadav.
The lawyer said he had an outbreak of political demonstrations on caste in the state.He basis of caste political parties organize demonstrations on behalf of the various castes like Brahmin, Kshatriya and Vaishya etc based
Yadav said that during these events caused damage to the unity and social harmony were also suffers from the society that was against the spirit of the Constitution.
On behalf of the state government, additional attorney general Godiyal Bulbul appeared in court.
