Boston bomb accused Dzhokhar Tsarnaev denies charges

Mr. Tsarnaev, 19, faces 30 counts of using a weapon of mass destruction in both 15 April explosion that killed three, including an eight year old.

Published in shackles and orange prison suit and said, "not guilty" as the charges were read out in court.

The prosecution can push the death penalty for 17 counts.

The suspect, a fourth person, a police officer of the University, the supposedly dead Mr. Tsarnaev and his brother has been accused of Tamerlane was shot to death in the days after the attack.



People seemed outside federal court in Boston and 07.30 clock ET (00.30 clock EST) for a seat in the square and two side rooms, a hearing that lasted just seven minutes claim.
